- Dorothy Raef Berger, 89, died March 10, 2002 from Altzheimer's disease. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Berger III. Survivors include a son, Robert L. (Sandy) Berger IV of Winnetka; three daughters, Annette (Gary) Rivard of Newton, Donna (Michael) Fagan of Valencia, California, and Elizabeth (Charles) of Bellwood; four sisters, Loretta Braun, Bea Seul, Viola Welker, and Geraldine Hunter; 14 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren
