- John Uttenreuther, Sr., 1844 Forest Avenue, Wilmette, died suddenly January 10 at home. Mr. Uttenreuther is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Severt Uttenreuther and 6 daughters, Mrs. Anna Miller of 1538 Walnut Street, Wilmette, Mrs. Elizabeth Allen of Oakland, California, Mrs. Katherine Salmen of Los Angeles, Mrs. Helen Heinzen, 1030 Greenleaf Avenue, Mrs. Louise Ehrmann of Bronxville, New York, and Mrs. Hildegard Schafgen, 925 Ridge Road. He also leaves 3 sons, John Uttenreuther, Jr., 435 Ridge Road, Kenilworth, Willard Uttenreuther of Evanston, and Fred C. Severt, 929 Thirteenth St; and his sister, Mrs. Barbara Kuehl of Lisle, Illinois.
