Mrs. Martha Skinner, mother of Mrs. Fred Gardner White, 715 Washington avenue, and Edward Skinner of Chicago, died Monday night in Clearwater, Florida, where she has been residing for the last two years. Details of the funeral arrangements have not been received, but members of the family stated that services would probably be held in Chicago.
