- Jeffrey D. Jones, 19, of Northbrook, died last Thursday, March 25, in Chicago.
Mr. Jones was born Nov. 26, 1984 in Skokie.
Survivors include his parents, David and Stacey Jones; his grandmothers, June Chomsky and Marian Jones; his brother, Taylor; and his sister, Megan.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Chomsky and Robert Jones.
A requiem Mass was celebrated Tuesday, March 30, at St. Norbert Catholic Church in Northbrook. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
