Mrs. Margaret M. Hayt succumbs on Wednesday

Mrs. Margaret M. Hayt, a resident of Wilmette for the past eleven years, died at the home of her son, William H. Hayt, 1310 Maple avenue, on Wednesday, September 25, after a week’s illness. Mrs. Hayt, who was 72 years old, had lived at her son’s home for many years. She was born in New York state but spent the most of her life in Cleveland. The Rev. Vere V. Loper of the Wilmette Congregational church officiated at funeral services which were held Friday afternoon, September 27, at 2:30 o’clock from Scott’s funeral home, 1109 Central avenue. Burial was at Cleveland.
