- Two 18-year-old Wilmette men are charged with criminal damage to property this week after police said they roamed through neighborhoods along the Evanston border breaking car windows with baseballbats. Matthew Dale of 714 Laurel Ave., and Michael P. Kesler of 423 10th St., are free on bond pending court.
