Notes: Edward G. Bremner, 98, died May 8 at home. Mr. Bremner was the third president of the five-generation Bremner Bros. Biscuit Company, founded by his grandfather, David F. Bremner. Edward Bremner was born in 1904. Survivors include three daughters, Marion "Lolly" (Robert) Spencer, Catherine "Dede" (Thomas) Reedy and Barbara (William Sr.) Anderson; a son, Edward Jr. (Jean); 20 grandchildren; and 53 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Marion Miller Bremner, who died last year; his twin brother David; another brother, Jim; and two sisters, Alice and Catherine. A funeral Mass was celebrated on May 13 at Sacred Heart Church in Winnetka. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Evanston.
