Mrs. Katz was born Dec. 12, 1922 in Medford, N.J..
Survivors include her husband, Edward E. Katz of Northfield; her daughter, Deborah Katz (P. Randall) Knowles of Kenilworth; her son, David W. Katz of North Aurora; and two granddaughters, Lauren M. Katz and Leah M. Katz.
