- Catherine M. Andrew and Jay J. Bauer were married June 23 [2001] at Sacred Heart Church in Winnetka with Father Kenneth Molinaro officiating. The bride is the daughter of Ruth Ann Andrew of Northfield and Raymond Andrew of Chicago, both formerly of Winnetka. The groom is the son of Roy and Priscilla Bauer of Estero, Fla., formerly of Williamsville, N.Y. Patricia Andrew, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Chase Cox was best man. Bridesmaids were Lynn Knutel Villaflor, Lori Knutel, Cathy Kapustiak Schilz and Gina Donofrio Boettcher. Groomsmen were Russell Bauer, the groom's cousin; Jim Schilz, Todd Morris and Tim Speyer. Ushers were the bride's brothers, Thomas, William, Daniel, Philip and Michael Andrew. Flower girls were the bride's nieces, Rachel and Olivia Andrew. Ring bearers were Mark Andrew, nephew of the bride, and Jack Schiltz. Program attendants were Alexander Andrew, nephew of the bride, and Daniel Schiltz. The couple reside in Evanston.
