- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas P. Miller, 1775 Washington Ave, will be observed Saturday, September 15. Reception will be held in the home of their son, N.J. Miller, 1921 Birchwood Ave., at 6 o'clock in the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Miller were married in Chicago, September 15, 1885, and have been residents of Wilmette continuously for 48 years. He was formerly engaged in the florist business in Wilmette for 27 years, as a member of the firm of Felke and Miller. Mr. and Mrs. Miller have four children and 21 grandchildren.
