- George Victor Carter, 60, of Chicago died last Friday at the Evanston Hospital. He was a native of Hungary. Surviving are his widow, Edith L.; two daughters, Mrs. Catherine C. Winslow of Wilmette; Mrs. Constance C. Kain of Chicago; two brothers, John of Mentor, Ohio, and Reginald of Hartford, Connecticut; and three grandchildren.
