- Dorothy Elizabeth Jacob, 99, a resident of Wilmette, died Jan. 1 at Rush North Shore Hospital in Skokie. Mrs. Jacob was born June 3, 1905 in Kersey, Ind. She married William H. Jacob in 1925. Survivors include two sons, William and Robert; a daughter, Elizabeth; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, William H. Jacob.
