Hearing before the Kenilworth Board of Zoning Appeals to be held March 23, 2005

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: I. Call to Order and Roll Call II. Approval of Minutes of the November 15, 2005 Meeting III. Public Hearings Regarding the following cases:

A. Michael and Susan Resko have made application for a variation to construct a two story side and rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 352.99 square feet (11.6%), will have a front yard setback 13.48 feet less than the required 44.48 foot setback (30.3%), will have a side yard setback 0.67 feet less than the required 10 foot setback (6.7%) and will have a roof overhang which will project 26" more than the allowed 12" into the front and side yard setbacks in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 637 Abbotsford, Kenilworth, Illinois.

B. Reed and Rosemary Tupper have made application for a variation to construct a one story rear addition and a second floor addition which will Exceed the maximum floor area by 243.15 square feet (5.9%), the maximum lot coverage by 243.15 square feet (8.9%) and the maximum impervious area by 13.64 square feet (0.4%) in the Residential R-2 District, commonly known as 107 Robsart Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.

C. Robert Hammesfahr has made application for a variation to provide 5 parking spaces less than the required 10 parking spaces as per Article 14, Section 14.2(b) of the Kenilworth Zoning Ordinance due to the remodeling and change of occupancy of the second floor in the Business B-2 District, commonly known as 450 Green Bay Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
