Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2005-Z- 717 Greenwood Avenue A request by Elaine Linehan for a 328.17 square foot (11.64%) lot coverage variation and a 1,178.54 square foot (25.88%) floor area variation to permit the expansion of a kitchen and addition of a rear bay window on the south side of the structure located on the property legally described as: 717 Greenwood Ave., Wilmette, being on the W. 10 feet of Lot 4 and Lot 5 in Block 9 in Union Addition to Wilmette in Section 27-42-13, E. of the 3rd P.M.

2005-Z-20 1612 Wilmette Avenue A request by Michael J. Phelan for a 44.12 square foot (12.4%) rear yard structure impervious surface coverage variation, a 311.76 square foot (102.2%) rear yard flat surface impervious surface coverage variation, and a 406.72 square foot (66.5%) rear yard total impervious surface coverage variation to allow for the construction of a two car garage and retention of a legal non-conforming parking pad on the property legally described as: That Part of Block 6 in Fisher's Resubdivision of Blocks 1,2,3, 4, and 6 of Springer's Addition to Wilmette in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, Which is Bounded and Described as Follow to Wit: Beginning in the North Line of Wilmette Avenue (Formerly Gross Point Avenue) At a Point 162.5 Feet West of the West Line of 16th Street (Formerly Oak Street); Running Thence East along said North Line of Wilmette Avenue 31.00 Feet; Thence North on a Line at Right Angles with said North Line of Wilmette Avenue 156.00 Feet; Thence West at Right Angles 31.00 Feet and Thence South to the Place of Beginning.
