- John Gangolf Schneider, 77, until recently of 2536 Glenview Road, Wilmette, member of a pioneer family, died November 10 at the Catherine Booth Memorial Hospital and Clinic, Chicago. Mr. Schneider was born in Wilmette on January 3, 1978, and lived there all his life. Husband of the late Susan Borre Schneider, who died in 1950, he is survived by seven children, Mrs. Katherine A. Dumong and Harold E., both of Wilmette, Raymond J. of Chicago, Nicholas J. of Chicago Heights, Edward F. of Glenview, Ralph W. of Northbrook, and Francis J. of Forest Lake in Lake Zurich, Illinois; and by a brother, Edward of Glenview. Interment was at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
