- More than 2,500 guests attended a benefit June 12 for Misericordia Homes and Heart of Mercy Village at the Rosemont Convention Center. The number broke all attendance records. It was hoped the party would raise more tehan $640,000 for Misericordia, home to more than 580 mentally and physically challenged children and adults.
