Notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., the Appearance Review Commission of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Village Board Conference Room, Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

04-AR-41 Mallinckrodt Residences LLC., 1041 Ridge Road
The petitioner requests an amendment to their Appearance Review Certificate in order to relocate windows on the exterior elevation of the chapel. The petitioner's property is legally described as:
