- Mary R. Jones died Dec. 10 at Highland Park Hospital. Mrs. Jones was born in Morristown, N.J. She is survived by her husband, Fred R.; her children, Linda Bloomer-Jones of Eden Prairie, Minn., Tracy J. Maas of Crystal Lake, Frederick R. Jones Jr. of Eden Prairie, Michael R. Jones of Barrington and Gerald F. Jones of New York City; her grandchilden, Danielle and Gretchen Purvey and Marli Jones; her stepmother, Kathryn F. Rice of Morristown; her sisters, Betty Malo of Denver, Colo. and Adrianne K. Rice of New York City; and her brother, Frank Rice of Florham Park, N.J.
