Hearings before the Kenilworth Board of Zoning Appeals to be held September 18

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Monday, September 18, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth.
The agenda for the meeting is a follows:
I. Call to Order and Roll Call
II. Approval of Minutes of the May 25 and June 27, 2006 Meetings
III. Public Hearings Regarding the Following Cases:

A. Continued Public Hearing of Charles and Anne Marie Magolske application for a variation in the Residential R-3 District, commonly known as 421 Ridge Road, Kenilworth, Illinois. (Petitioner has requested continuation to the next meeting.)

B. Greg and Kathy Kirrish have made application for a variation to construct one and two story additions which will exceed the maximum floor area by 266.57 square feet (9.9%) and the maximum building coverage by 81.85 square feet (4.6%) in the Residential R-4 District, commonly known as 534 Melrose Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.

C. Rob and Amber Donath have made application for a variation to construct a house which will have a side yard setback abutting 10th Street 20 feet less than required in the Residential R-2 District, commonly known as 75 Tudor Place, Kenilworth, Illinois.
