Notice is hereby given that on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. the Plan Commission of the Village of Wilmette will conduct public hearings in the Council Room of Wilmette Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois at which time the following matter will be considered:
2006-P-05 - 1 Happ Road
A request by Kevin Koy for an amendment to the Zoning District Map to allow the rezoning of the parcel from R1, Single Family Residential, to R2, Townhouse Residential, a Special Use to allow congregate housing for persons with disabilities, a ½ story height variation and a 3' height variation all to allow the construction of a group home for the disabled on the property legally described as:
Lot 3 in Cantor-Schmidt Subdivision, being a subdivision of the southwest ¼ of Section 30, Township 42 north, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
