- Kenneth Johnson of Glendale, Ariz., a native and former resident of Evanston, died Nov. 23 at Arrowhead Community Hospital in Glendale. He was 67. Born Dec. 13, 1938. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael, and his parents, Wilbur and Genevieve (nee Dotson) Johnson. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann (nee Hardy); sons Darryl of Joliet and Darryn of Glendale, Ill.; daughters Michelle Warlick of Nashville, Tenn., and Djuana (Abraham) Daniel of Naperville; six grand- children; two great-grandchildren; two aunts; and many cousins, nephews, nieces and other relatives.
