- Mary Frances (nee Harmon) Gilcrest of Beloit, Wis., a native of Evanston, died Dec. 14 in Beloit. She was 80. Born Sept. 20, 1926. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Gilcrest, and two brothers, Jesse and John Harmon. Survivors include daughter Rachel Gilcrest, four grandchildren; brothers William Harmon of Las Vegas and Abelard (Ruby) Harmon of Evanston; sisters Lela Overstreet of Elkhart, Ind., and Georgianne Sutton and Rose Perkins, both of Evanston; one aunt; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
