- Edmund J. Jatczak, 82, of Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights and formerly Wilmette, died Jan. 23. He was born March 28, 1924, in Gary, Ind. He is survived by his children, Connie (David) Curt, Kathy (David) Raith, Jackie (Scott) Otto, and Janet (Tom) Cross; grandchildren Tahlya (Jack) D'Urso, Linda Curt, Dan, Brian and Kevin Raith, Kendra, Matthew and Andrew Gubernick, and Annie and Katie Ross; and a great-grandchild, Caden D'Urso. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty.
