- Rob Garrison, owner of The Noodle in Wilmette and Glenview, plans a Mexican/ Latin American restaurant for the historic old Wilmette Depot at 1135 Wilmette avenue. Chef Alvaro Chavez, currently chef at Garrison's Glenview restaurant, will work at the new Wilmette restaurant.
The Falzer family operated the Old Ouilmette Inn [sic] for thirteen years until a fire in November 2004 closed the business. - Date of Publication
