- By the start of the new year, the New Trier High School Districct 203 Board of Education will have a new policy in place regarding students with food allergies. The policy states that the District will develop and implement a Food Allergy Management Program that identifies students with food allergies, prevents exposure to known allergens, responds to allergic reactions, and educates staff.
