- The North Shore Choral Society's diamond anniversary program will be a retrospective of the organization's 75 years. Comments by music director Julia Davids. The music to be performed includes the sixth movement of "The Geometry of Music" by Donald Draganski of Evanston who wrote program notes for the group for 25 years, and the Epilogue from "A Reason for Singing" written by the late Dan Tucker, also of Evanston.
