Short editorial presented on "Why They Are For Taft", that is some prominent men from Evanston are asked this question. The first reply will be from Mr. Harrison B. Riley, president of the Chicago Title and Trust Company.; In "The Contagious Hospital", the editors make a plea to the public to contribute to the $100,000 endowment fund for contagious disease hospital that Mr. James A. Patten has agreed to build. The third editorial, "Who Incites Violent Deeds?" takes on the the argument that The Republican newspapers, the Chicago Tribune and the Saturday Evening Post are not responsible for the shooting of Theodore Roosevelt, as voiced by William S. Mason.
