- Emil Rudert has purchased property in Wilmette at Greenleaf and Eighth Sts.. He is a retired silk merchant now living at 6928 Sheridan Rd. His real estate agent, Paul Shroeder, is handling the purchase. Rudert stated that he will surround the property with fencing and keep deer and Chinese ducks.
