- The Briggs Musical bureau will present a children's matinee program March 14. Frances Lee Shoecraft and William Griswold Smith will entertain. Mrs. Ada W. Schulz of Delavan, Wis. gave a program last Wednesday on the subject of landscape painting. Dr. Allen Hoben lectured March 20 on "The Problem of Choosing a Vocation." Dr. Mary G. McEwen will talk, March 26, on "Girls." Mrs. Carl Latham is in charge of that meeting.
Ninety-nine members of the Wilmette Woman's Club attended the luncheon on Wednesday. Officers were nominated including Mrs. H. B. Gates, Mrs. F. D. Day, Miss Anna Dingee, Mrs. Arthur Rice, Mrs. Carl Latham, Mrs. Louis Gillson, Mrs. L. J. Pierson, Mrs. D. M. Gallie, Mrs. B. F. Brown, Mrs. C. S. Clark, Mrs. E. L. Fitz-Randolph, Mrs. Alden P. Peirce, Mrs. J. B. Olwin, Mrs. F. D. Day. Nominations of chairmen were Mrs. H. J. Smith, Mrs. E. L. Fitz-Randolph, Mrs. F. L. Koontz, Mrs. Alvin J. Butz, Mrs. D. B. Macauley, Mrs. John A. Rippel, Mrs. Grafton Stevens, Mrs. Mortimer Skinner, Mrs. G. C. Gardner, Mrs. Arthur J. Taylor, Mrs. O. C. Eastman, Mrs. G. C. Hulst. - Date of Publication
