Mrs. Frances Zipf Lambert, 47, of Evanston, a former resident of Wilmette and Kenilworth, died Thursday, December 2 at her home in Evanston. Mrs. Lambert was the daughter of the late Edward Zipf who served as Wilmette Village President from 1917 until 1925 and as president of the board of education of District 39 from 1912 until 1917. Services were held Saturday, December 4, at Hebblethwaite's Evanston chapel with the Rev. Frank C. Alderson, rector of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Evanston, officiating. Burial was at Rosehill Cemetery. Mrs. Lambert is survived by her husband Frank Bernard Lambert, and her mother, Mrs. Alice Simmons Zipf of Evanston.
