- Robert H. McColl, 46, is the newly appointed city collector of Evanston. He was born in Forest, Ontario, on May 1, 1867. In 1895 he married Miss Susa[n] Cusen] of Forest, Ontario. He resides at 2127 Maple avenue. He succeeds Harold Pynchon in the office. Poor quality photograph in microfilm.
