- There will be a benefit performance of The Importance Of Being Earnest", by Oscar Wilde, at Ravinia Theater. Proceeds will go to the Highland Park Branch of the Y.M.C.A. The following players will be under the direction of Mr. W. M. Lowrie: Miss Dorothy Sargent, Miss Catherine Cushing, Miss Laura Kennedy, Mrs. Simeon B. Chittenden, Mr. Ellis Faxon, Mr. Dudley Putnam, Mr. Raymond Lovell and Mr. F. N. Baylies. Mrs. W. A. Alexander is in charge of tickets. Mrs. Howard A. Wrenn is in charge of advertising and Miss Jean Ton Broeck is in charge of ushers. The following will serve as ushers: Miss Follansbee, Miss Mae Merryweather, Miss Katherine MacCauley, Miss Annie Cobb, Miss Olga Taylor, Miss Cecil Vail, Miss Blanche Mason, Miss Marjorie Loudon, Miss Dorothy Loudon, Miss Marjorie Follansbee, Miss Elizabeth Schumacher, Miss Kathleen Bergen, Miss Louise Taylor, Miss Jean Ton Broeck, Miss Dorothy Bastin, Miss Mary Sedgewick, Miss Helen Bournique and Miss Viola Shields.
