- The library will feature "State of Wonder," by Ann Patchett as its One Book, Everybody Reads Event May 20 at Wilmette Junior High School Auditorium, 620 Locust Road. Fourth Monday Reders will feature Judy Levin leading a discussion of "State of Wonder" April 23. Drug Discovery: How and Why, a program, is part of the One Book Every Reads series, and will be presented by Brian Spear, retired director of scientific affairs at Abbott Laboratories April 30. Classics and contemporary Book club will discuss "State of Wonder" May 8. Field trip to the Field Museum to see the new Amazon exhibit May 9.
