- Police Magistrate Carlton Prouty fined two speeders, Samuel Schreffler and Lee Grant, of Manteno. Since Justice of the Peace S. A. Goss, from Glencoe, and Police Magistrate Robinson, were absent, the trial will be held in Winnetka.
