- James Milne Carrow, 55, of Winnetka, IL, passed away at home August 10, 2012. He was born November 9, 1956 in Chicago, IL. He was the husband of Kimberly Seipel Carrow and father of James K. and Elaine A. Carrow; the son of Dr. Leon (Joan) Carrow and the late Marilyn Carrow; brother to Elizabeth C. Jeffries and stepbrother of Sandra Locke and Anita Philipsborn.
