Adams, Joan (Died)

Mrs. Joan Adams, 55, of 132 Tudor Pl., Kenilworth, died May 23 in Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Adams, who had lived in the village 15 years, was active in the Women's Organization of the Church of the Holy Comforter and the Garden Arts Club of Kenilworth. She was a former president of the Auxiliary of the Cradle Society. Surviving are her husband, Stanhope; a daughter, Alexandra; three sons, Stanhope Jr., Parker, and Cornell; her mother, Mrs. Metta Y. Parker; and a siste, Mrs. Nancy P. Saunders. Memorial services were held May 25 in the Church of the Holy Comforter.
