Announcement of commutation rates applicable to the new Skokie Valley route of the ~orth Shore line ha s been made, effective June 1. Substantial downward revision is made on GO-ride b~arcr tickets which apply to a ll points on th e line in Illinoi s, while the 10-ridc and 25-ridc tickets remain at the old rate. The Skokie Valley line is expected to open to general traffic on June 5, and the new commutation tickets will be on sale at the various stations of the company after May 25 . Cnder the revised rates a 60-ridc individual ticket to Libertyville will be $15.72, as compared with $33.75, the present rate, while the 25-ridc ticket is $15 and the 10-ridc $6.94. Rates Correapond Rates to the nine new stations on the Skokie Valley route correspond with the present rates on the Shore line route.
