The Garden of Allah is located , on the Waukegan road and Lake avenue, Glenview. The Garden's newest show, 44 Allah's Topics," boasts a cast of principals and a chorus of eight, said to be the fastest dancing chorus ever assembled for cafe work. AI Downs, long known as a fa\·orite singer and dancer in Chicago's night life, has been selected acquit himself admirably. Others in the cast include Josephine Taylor, prima dona; Kay Norman, singer and dancer; Syhda Joyce, the · Yurkinos, Argentine d:i'i1ce artists, and Ruth Gilbert. The greatest exhibit of modern photography and accessories in history will be displayed in conjunction with the forty-fourth convention of the Photographers Association of America, which will be held at the Coliseum in Chicago the latter part of August, it was announced this week. Every conceivable type of camera, from that dating back to years ago to the advanced lightning-speed reproducer of today, will be featured by several concerns which have reserved floor-space at the exhibit, according to A. S. Hurter, director of the convention. "Not only will this be the greatest nhotog-raphic exhibit in history,' said Mr. Hurter, "but it will also be the most complete. and extensive showing of photographic work yet to be. ~ath-, ered under one roof.
