According to Director of Recreation Daniel M. Davis, the purpose of the con test is to encourage boys to become proficient in the fundamentals of football, in kicking, passing, . and drop kicking. The following rules will control Wilmette's 1926 village football competition. 1. Every contestant must be under 15 years of age; boys who arc 15 be- boy making the greatest number of points. A silver medal will be awarded the boy making the second highest number of points. A bronze medal will be awarded the boy making the third highest number of points.
