Noyember 12. 1926 WILMETTE ·L IFE The North Shore Teachers' institute, held annually under the auspices of Edward }. Tobin, county superinten<lent of schools, will convene at the First Methodist Episcopal church of Evanston, at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning, November 15. As a result, school sessions will not be held in any <>f the north shore schools. The p.r ogram for the day is as follows: Local Teach~rs to ·Book Party at Library Delight to Children Attend Institute As a result of numerous requests, a Evanston Monday book party was held for the children of Wilmette at the 'Public library, Thursday afternoon, under the auspices of Miss Wi!lifred Bright, children's librarian. Such a party had been previously held in August and because of the great amount of interest taken in it and the great enjoyment derived by the regular part of the library program. Each child comes to the party dressed to represent some book and all try to guess from this the title of the book. The boy and girl guessing the greatest number of titles each winning a prize. Various other book games were played and the children all reported having a 1 splendid time.
