Y,r.ch 30; 1931. 200 Scoutmasters and Committeemen ·serve Local Troops When the Wilmette Scout association, which is an Inter-Troop Service association composed of aU. scout committeemen of the ten Wilmette troops, joined forces with other north shore towns in the formation of the North Shore Area Council in December 1926, it became necessary for them to raise their share of the Council budget. This was very easily done through the efforts of the various troop committees and members · at large. A. Stone, assistant scoutmaster. The troop meets on Wednesday night at St. Augustine's Parish House. TROOP 2, of the First Congregational Church, has as its troop committee, Karl D. King, chairman, Frank Wilson, Fred A. Rye, and Rev. W. E. McCormack. Troop 2, which is known as the Roosevelt troop, meets on Tuesday evenings under the leadership of Fred Rye, assistant Scoutmaster Joseph Howard, and Junior Assistant scoutmaster Delma Caldwell.
