President Walter Dill Scott of Northwestern and Dr. Frederick C. Eiselen, president of Garrett Biblical institute, are among R. A. Kent those from Evans(Ray) ton who will a·t t cnd the ceremonies. Dr. Scott wilJ speak on "The Bright Prospects <;>f the University of Louisville" and Dr. Eiselen also will be on the program . Dr. Kent served as· head of the college of liberal arts of Northwestern from 1923 to the time of his resignation. Previously he had been on the faculties of the University of Minnesota and Kansas and was dean of the school of education of Kansas for two years. He succeeds as president of Louisville George Colvin who died a year preceding Dr. Kent's appomtment.
