Mrs. Julia E. Schmidte, 73, of 205 Fifteenth St., Wilmette, died Dec. 27 at Eden Nursing Home in Northbrook. A resident of Wilmette for 40 years, she was a former employee at New Trier High School. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Warren and Mrs. Phyllis Cosarek, both of Wilmette; three sons, Harold E. of Wilmette, Edward W. of Evanston, and William T. of San Marco, Tex.; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters. Services were held Dec. 30 at St. Joseph Church in Wilmette. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
