We defeated a Gross Point team, 7 to 6. We did flot have three of our regular players. They were Bernard Regan, who was badly .missed, Chuck Moon and Bob Ehmer. We played pretty well. The eighth, seventh, sixth, and flfth grades were invited to this play' which wasdi- rect-ed by Miss Flaskered, the 8B home room teacher. The play was based on books for children. There were a boy and a girl who did flot like books. Their uncle gave them a book and they did not like it. Our big day, however, Was Monday, November, 13, when we played at, the teachers' meeting at the Evanstoti High school. I think that most of the memnbers of the orchestra enjoy it and like our leader, Mrs.* Wagner.
