Robert Hailiweii, 1133 Lake avenue.- At the end of each club year, new representatives are usually sent from the various organizations, to the council meetings to take the place of former members whose club termis as movie chairmen have come to an end; so at the july 16 meeting, many newv faces appeared and the presi- dent cordially welcomed everyone be- fore giving a comprehensive explana- tion of the work accomplished and that pianned for the coming months. Former Members Welcomed Many former members, however, were present ; .and while they do not- act in an officiai capacity, they are always wholeheartedly welcomed, for it is their ceaseiess interest, en- thusiasm and genuine anxiety for the good work to continue, which makes them attend meetings and loyaliy carry on despite their exemption from. duty. While a surprising number of or- ganizations is represented at the present time, the council made plans to ensure an adequate representation from every church, scbooi, club and other organization interested in child study aiong the north shore. In this way, the protection of 'our children against salacious or undersirable movies will be more far reaching. .Vivysume Morin Secretary During the course of the meeting, Miss Vivyenne.
