Adam Int-Hout designed two affordable homes for his family - one in Evanston and one in Wilmette. He was praised as an innovator in "Popular Mechanics" magazine, but Wilmette neighbors didn't want any more of his affordable houses in their neighborhood because of the possibility of diminishing property values.
